Tara Ryan, President and Co-founder of Ryan Young Interiors. Ms. Ryan brings her clients an impressive set of credentials and over twenty years of qualified design experience. In addition to her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Design Institute of San Diego and her certification California Interior Design (C.I.D), she has obtained the Certified Marketing Professional (C.M.P.) designation from the National Association of Homebuilders (N.A.H.B.) and has completed all four courses for membership in NAHB's Institute of Residential Marketing (M.I.R.M.). In addition to Ms. Ryan's work being published, she has been recognized numerous times by the Building Industry Association on both a local and national level.

Robert D. Young, Founder and CEO of Ryan Young Interiors. Mr. Young established RYI in 1991. Mr. Young's commitment to providing the highest quality product and service has elevated the company to one of the most recognized firms of its kind in the Western United States. In addition to being active in the building industry, Mr. Young is very involved in his local community. He has been recognized as "Business Person of the Year" by the Rotary Club of National City, and is also the recipient of the YMCA of San Diego County's "Golden Triangle of Distinguished Service".

CJ Ametrano, Vice President of Sales - Ms. Ametrano joined Ryan Young Interiors in 1999 with over ten years of marketing experience in the advertising industry. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Advertising from Florida State University and a Bachelors of Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego. In addition, she attended Syracuse University’s extensive Environmental Design program in Italy where she studied how architecture, interior design, landscape design and city planning work together to form a complete design experience. Ms. Ametrano’s 20 years of sales and marketing experience also includes having been a speaker for ‘Creating Memory Points in Design’ for the National Association of Home Builders, serving on numerous Building Industry and Sales and Marketing Committees in both Northern and Southern California and participating in the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality – Southern California Chapter.  At Ryan Young Interiors she oversees the sales and marketing departments while also focusing on new business development both nationally and internationally.

Rosenilyne Hopson, Vice President of Operations- Rosenilyne Hopson joined Ryan Young in 1997 and is the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the financials, accounting, purchasing, warehousing, administration and information technology departments. She received her education in Accounting from Howard University in Washington, DC, and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

William Davis, IIDA, Design Director- Mr. Davis, is responsible for the overall design and philosophies behind countless hospitality and destination resort projects. Backed with fourteen years of Hospitality and home building design experience, Mr. Davis has honed his skills in product positioning and creative revenue generation. In addition his innate ability to turn properties in to local and regional assets has been Mr. Davis’ trademark for over two decades. At Ryan Young Interiors, Davis maintains a personal involvement with every aspect of a project. From conception to construction administration, every project is site driven, unique and market conscious. Educated at the San Diego State University School of Environmental Design, Mr. Davis participates on the review board for the San Diego design institute as well as with peer review groups for local and nationally recognized projects. Mr. Davis has won over fifty national and international awards. Most recently, the 2007 and 2008 NAHB Gold Nugget award and the 2009 San Diego Orchid award for interior architecture, his work has graced the pages of Conde Nast, Architectural Digest, Interior Design, Hospitality design, Builder magazine, In Style, Riviera Magazine and Cosmopolitan.
